Brahms, Strauss & Stravinsky

Stravinksy's Divertimento from the ballet Le Basier de la Fée, followed by Pip Eastop showcasing the horn's beautiful singing voice in Strauss' second Horn Concerto. Brahms' well-loved first symphony ends the evening with expressive grandeur.

Conducting Masterclass

Advance notice: Robert Max will be giving a conducting masterclass (for 17 - 25 yr olds), 7 - 10pm at St.Gregory the Great School, Cowley, Oxford. Audience are welcome; limited availability for participants. Details to follow.
